Sometimes a deal really is just too good to be true. Good thing Pixi though to check under the house. Things could have really fallen apart later otherwise…
This one really is based on an actual house I looked at a few years ago. Just a good thing I looked at it when it happened to be raining, as it so happens that whenever it rained, a good six inch wide creek diverted under the foundation, making a sizable pool on one side. Like vampires, or persistent magicks, running water just isn’t good for foundations.
The last panel was particularly fun to draw this time ’round. Trying for poses that I never really use. Pixi kind of squatting and Fox kneeling and leaning through the small door.
Oooh… it comes with running Water! 😀
