Ok, so obviously Hey Fox failed at the initially stated goal of being gag-a-day to such a degree that you didn’t need to have read any of the other comics to get what’s going on. My style of humor is, generally, too character/personality based for that to work so who’s/who quickly became a thing.

And then I ended up with so much world-building that I didn’t get to use that it spun off a whole different comic (that we’re still working on. I swear!)

All that to say that part of what the Theater allows is more stuff like this. Hey Fox, without Fox. Different stories, and different jokes, by the nature of having different characters on which to focus.

Which is a long way of maybe apologizing that this comic is maybe a lot more setup than usual.

Also, I think this is the first time that I’ve drawn a sweaty furry. ^.^
