Characters sometimes ruin jokes.
Ok, so this was supposed to be a zombi plan discussion, but since the punchline was “I bite them back” and the obvious geekly response was “you’d get infected too” that doesn’t really work for Squeek who is, clearly, also geek-literate. It became a movie, it went though a number of different variations, and this is where it ended. It’s not necessarily the best of the possibilities, but it’s where the wheel stopped.
I do like how panel two turned out. I think there’s a lot of body language that doesn’t need to be written out in text there. Also panel three was a lot of fun to draw.
